Less readable Screen Enduro3 vs 7x Pro

I saw the same comparing to 7x. We need white color and smaller font

Enduro 3 has option to set white background in activity. But fonts are thinner. 

I’ve tryed with the white and same issue…

You`re right, asc/des gauge is pretty useless now.
"Readableness" of thiner font is not so bad IMO but all of these chages seems to be result of amoled-oriented changed.

Yes, it is the same with anaerobic and aerobic training effect. It is so small it is hardly legible. I had to move it to an upper field for it to be legible! 

The Enduro 3 has a dull display that is similar to the Enduro 2 (not quite as dull though). The old fenix models prior to the unlucky "solar" generation shined with their crisp displays, but that was then.
The backlight of the E2 / E3 is used to compensate this effect but in turn drains the battery a bit.

It is why I finally bought an Enduro 2 and not an E3. The white of Enduro 3 is wonderful compared to E2, moreover with backlight on it is like it was on F6X, but the fonts are terrible on E3. At least for  me as an outsider.

Garmin could bring back the crisp MIP displays only if after forgetting the full solar layer they would forget the sapphire as a must.

Solar coating resulted this blue mist on previous models, sapphire ittelf is. crystal clear.

They could. But why should they spend effort in a niche product while OLED and, in future, uLED is what consumers are buying.
