Not a fan of it being larger. Before the 7 I had the mid size 6 and already thought I don't want it to be larger, but I wanted the features of the bigger screen.

I had the Fenix 7X Solar for 2 years and 3 months. I wore it continuously 24/7, only taking it off to dry it after showering and every 20ish days to charge it for a few hours.

Agree entirely, a bit buggy but still love it, so much more comfortable, battery life is not as advertised but still amazing and better than my 7X PRO SS. Also agree with the solar with my minimal testing…

Came from a 7x Pro SS, Enduro 3 is noticeably thicker however it is a million times more comfortable, it's unbelievably light and the nylon strap is just brilliant.

I got the Enduro 3 a few days after launch and can't say that i have noticed the thicker case other than it initially appearing slightly deeper. I have definitely noticed how much lighter it is though, especially when l briefly put my Fenix 7X Solar back on to compare them. I had swapped the Fenix over to a lightweight velcro style strap (similar to the Enduro 3's) soon after buying it & getting skin rash from the silicone one so the fit is similar.
There are a number of annoying bugs with the Enduro 3 that are being reported here (no navigation prompts, backlight not working as expected after sunset, battery drain etc) however I am confident that Garmin will iron these out ASAP with updates. I recall a number of issues with early version of the 7X firmware that are long gone now, but grated me on the early days. Once they get them sorted, this thing will be a beast!
Personally, despite the bugs & feeling a bit like a beta tester, I'm loving the Enduro 3. The new screen vs solar panel ratios are much better and the darker black ring is way more subtle than the copper one, I find the lack of solar panel across the screen makes it much clearer to read too. The flashlight which I use a lot is much brighter too .
In the few days we've had decent sun here in the UK I feel that the solar panel is picking up a lot more lux hours than the 7x would do in the same conditions. When I've sat watching it under very low strength sunlight I'm seeing the lux hours go up by around 0.4 where the 7X would increase by around 0.1-0.2 in the same time.

Also agree with the solar with my minimal testing it's clear this time solar is the real deal as oppose to the 7X SS where it was next to useless. The enduro picks up the lux hours so much quicker.
I came from a 955S with case dimensions of 47MM/14.4MM compared to 51MM/15.7MM of the E3. Clearly a much larger watch and more prominent on the wrist, but I adapted to it quickly. The nylon band of the E3 does help to reduce the visual size and bulky feel of the watch.
I have not tried to wear it with a dress shirt, but I suspect the thicker case will be more of an issue with buttoned cuffs since the 955S was already difficult to slide under.
Even though the E3 is only 63 grams (10 grams more than 955S), it does feel top heavy when I run. Cinching it down with velcro adjustment band helps, but that is the only real time I sense the watch on my wrist. Day to day, it has been no different than the thinner 955S.
Hope this helps.
I came from the 7 pro
I find the enduro just as comfortable to wear. I have it on 24/7
it's unbelievably light
I doubt my body can notice a 4g weight difference. 61g vs. 57g.
Then i doubt you came from a 7X
I don't doubt you are trolling.
I don't troll......
Fenix 7X with strap isn't 61g
WEIGHT | 89g (case only: 61g) |

Enduro 3 is only 63g with case AND strap
What does the strap have to do with anything? They are changeable, in case you did not notice, It's going to be the same on both watches. It's about the watch not straps.
