Fail in Pairing

Enduro 3 just don't pair. I was using Garmin Connect normally with my Forerunner 235. I use it on an Iphone 11 Pro. I restarted the Garmin Connect App. I reboot the phone and the watch. I uninstalled the Garmin Connect App and reboot the phone and then reinstalled the Connect App and reboot the phone again.

The iphone finds the watch it but "Fails in pairint - Not possible to pair your garmin device". When I take the picture of the QR Code at Enduro 3 screen, the Connect opens and asks: "Ready to conect your Enduro 3" and there's a button "Connect it". When I push the button the iPhone screens says "Coneccting your Enduro 3 - concluding the setup of your Enduro 3"... it doesn't show me the 6 digit pin on the watch... and then the iPhone screen says "Fail in pairing - It's not possible to pair your garmin device" (all these sentences are in Portuguese and I translate them to english).

Did you go to your phone's bluetooth list and make sure the Enduro 3 isn't listed there? If it is, tell it to "forget this device" and try the setup in the app again.

I already hard reseted it some times but it still doesn' work.

I tried to pair it with my wife's Connect App at her Iphone 15 Pro Max and it was ok in pairing.

My iPhone 11 Pro is using iOS 18.0

I also logged in in my iPhone 11 Pro using my wife's Garmin Account at garmin connect and the same erro (fails in pairing) happens when using her account in my iPhone 11 Pro.

And the last was: At firts I was able to pair it with my wife's iPhone. Then I excluded the device (Enduro 3) from her Garmin Connect. When I try to add the device again, it doesn't pair anymore even with my wife's iPhone 15 Pro Max. So I guess it may have a problem when you add the device (enduro 3), exclude it from Garmin Connect and try to add again when the iPhone has iOS 18.0

Thank you jlpuffer. That worked. I read that solution in the link below few minutes ago and I was going to write it here. That was the solution that made it able to pair again. Thank you so much!
