I can't increase the volume of Airpods headphones above 50% when listening to music, pls advice..

Update June 5, 2025:

Our engineers are aware of a concern that may prevent the controls on the watch from functioning, for things such as volume. This is a software related concern. So if you are experiencing this, you watch does not need to be replaced. They are expecting to have this resolved with a software release, as early as mid-late June.

i have done some tests under the new beta 22.xx with the specific fix listed.

nothing is working as expected ...

22.05 beta solved it for me.

it works as expected now, not sure when it will be released, beta is by Quarter, so it should be in august.

But now that Fenix 7 Series are in maintenance state, maybe this could be released to public a bit earlier.

Q2 ends on 30th June, and Q3 in September. Current betas should be released by the end of June, if there are no unexpected complications.

Q1 - 20.xx

Q2 - 21.xx

and now 22.xx,

But this branch is the first one for F7 Series to be a maintenance release, we are know out of Quarter updates for these Series

That's why I wrote the Q3 will end in September, not in August. Though, it is not impossible that they will rush the public release earlier, perhaps even still as the Q2 PR.
