Enduro2: No wifi/bluetooth since today. Settings->About shows Wireless version "0.00". Wireless module fried?

Hello,I have got a few months old Enduro2.

Today it stopped to sync via wifi/bluetooth. I think it was after a software update.

I tried everything:

power off/on both phone and watch.
Delete phone from Garmin connect app
Reinstall Garmin connect app
Remove watch from Bluetooth settings in iPhone
Factory reset.

Going to the settings -> About I get Wireless 0.00 Is the wifi chipset broken? I think I updated to last version yesterday.

update, garmin is replace the device :(

try to revert back to 16.22 ?

with backup/restore this should be quite easy.

I tried:

System > About menu
press the top left Light Button 8 times
Go to the very bottom
select the option to reinstall the software

but it didn't help

thanks. I am trying to access the Garmin phone as a drive on MacOS but it does not seem to work.

It seems I need to use Android File Transfer... what a nightmare Garmin....

I have installed ATF, trief for 10 minutes, then I found out I can only use one of the USB-C on the M1 pro macbook... it's rebooting now! fingers crossed!

ok I have downgraded.

Now Systemd -> About no longer says Wireless version 0.0 but 28.09

however the watch does not find my wifi home network and bluetooth does not work.

At this point, I think the wireless module is fried... do you concur? Should I contact Garmin customer care?
