Last Activity Wont Sync until New Activity Recorded

Today I started experiencing a new issue. After my morning walk I must have forgottten to save it. It never synced, so I thought I forgot to record it. Before my lunch walk I saw it when I selected “Walk” theN started a new walk. After Walk#2 Walk #1 synced, but #2 did not. A few hours later I went out for Walk#3. When I completed it, Walk #2 synced, Walk #3 did not. All 3 are on my Enduro2. Only the first 2 are in GC.

Any ideas on what’s going on?

    Hello

    I am sorry to hear you are having some trouble with the activities not syncing as expected. For this, there are some initial troubleshooting I would recommend. 

    • Ensure the Connect app is on the latest version 5.00. 
    • Complete a hard reset on the watch. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. 
    • Powercycle the phone. 
    • If there is no change, I would also ensure the sync que of your Connect account is cleared. 
      1. Sign into the Connect account from a computer
      2. Click on the Device drop down in the upper Right corner
      3. Click on the number next to the device
      4. Click on the X next to any listed items
      5. Then try syncing with Garmin Express or Connect app

    Problem solved after a reset on the device and a sync via my MacBook. Thanks!
