I am sorry you have the issue. Please ensure your watch software is fully up to date and showing v15.77. Your OHR should always enable itself again after your OHR strap is no longer being worn. Since your OHR sensor is not taking over automatically again, either reset step might resolve the issue.
Please try the following:
- Hard reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.
