Hey guys, I really need help with figuring out why my Training Status and Vo2 Max isn't getting updated please.
My treadmill motor died, so I decided to get a Tacx NEO bike on the 29th of last month to give my joints a break, and have been using it every day for around 40-50 minutes.
The Tacx bike is added as a Trainer on my watch (Enduro 2 on version 9.33); power, speed, distance etc. all come through to the watch.
I've also got a HRM-Tri connected to my watch and bike over Ant+.
To record my rides, I've been using Zwift (which is connected to my Garmin account), and I've also been recording a Bike Indoor activity on my watch. After I'm done with my rides, I've been getting the altitude data from Zwift, adding it to my Bike Indoor activity, then deleting the Zwift activity in Garmin Connect. I dual record because of all the extra stats the Garmin activity gives me over the Zwift one, and I feel the Garmin activity is more accurate.
The 29th was the last time my Vo2 Max was updated, and yesterday I lost my Training Status.
Looking at my activities on the 29th, I did ~3 minutes on Tacx Training, ~20 minutes on Zwift and ~12 minutes as a Bike Indoor activity. The only activity long enough to produce a Vo2 Max was the Zwift ride.
Am I right in thinking, for whatever reason, the Bike Indoor activity doesn't produce a Vo2 Max, and when I've been deleting the Zwift ride, I've basically been deleting Vo2 Max as well, and my Training Status has stopped updating because of it?
I really hope someone can shed some light for me.
