Backup & restore, how?

So there is a new function in sw 22.20 for backup & restore:

"Added support for device backup and restore. Device backups happen automatically unless disabled, and upload to Connect for storage. You can apply a backup when setting up a new device or after resetting an existing Mk2 or Mk2S. If you purchase a Descent Mk3, you can migrate many of your settings forward from Mk2"

My Mk2i has backed up, according a note in the settings. But how do I restore the Mk2i from a backup, or if I buy an Mk3 and want to migrate my data to the new Mk3?
Can´t find the Restore function anywhere on the watch, in he Connect app, nor in the Garmin Express...

    From the mobile app.

    • More > Garmin Devices
    • Select your Mk2 > System > Back Up & Restore > Device Backups
    • Select your device, then "Restore from Backup."
    • Shortly thereafter you will receive an alert on your watch "Backup found," confirm. Watch will restart and complete the restore process.

    If you were using Garmin Pay, you will need to re-add any cards you were using.
