Won't start after update to version 22

Hi,

Updated mk2i to 22.0 version and clock doesn't start. Screen with message "Garmin - Loading FIT Files", only a full reset helped.
Afterwards I updated again to 22 and everything worked. Changed the language to "Russian or another" and everything goes in a circle ((

I am unable to update MK2s from 20.40 to 22.0. Tried from watch, phone, Garmin Express, hard resets, numerous re-connects, power cycles, etc.

Garmin Express will either say "Software updates available", then immediately change (faster than you can click on install) to "You're up to date!"; or start the update, but stop part way (appears to stop at 50%) and quickly go back to "You're up to date!".
