Hi, does anybody know if there will be a software update with apnea swimming pool app?
Or with ability to change the beginning of dive from 1.2 meters to 0.6 or custom?
For now using mk2s for apnea swimming pool is useless

Download free third party app www.apnea.me
Perfect for apnea dynamic training. Custom depth for automatic lap start in increments from 0.30m up to 1.50m
And much more. And it's free.

thank you, already did it. I just wonder why so a big company as Garmin, can't do so easy things... Perhaps people should buy other computers, Atmos, for example, if Garmin is not reliable :(
Hi, sur !
the Mk2 is a great tool but totally un-useful for pool or shallow pond dynamic apnea trainig. Lot of exercises demand precise time of rest but the watch start to count surface time far before we start to breath. And... it's not possible to have a real dive time because the dive clock starts also far after the real dive begining.
I've written many time there to explain that here : www.garmin.com/.../
no answer yet. I also write an email to Guillaume Bourdila, the world freediving champion, I saw he is sponsored by Garmin. No answer yet...
I'm looking for a custom deepness auto-start/stop setup after each update... so frustrating.
So, garmin app designer please help the horizontal freedivers, we are thousands to use your watches each week.
also, the www.apnea.me isn't starting/stoping automatically on the Mk2 since the last updates... sorry
