After a considerable duration (warranty expired), my MK2S watch powers off as soon as I initiate an activity involving GPS (such as a running session). Although I can access the activity screen with the GPS search active at the top, the watch shuts down immediately upon pressing the start button.
I have already erased all tracking data from my activities and performed a hard reset on the watch, but unfortunately, these attempts have not resolved the problem.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Are there any potential solutions that could address this matter?
I am also curious whether anyone has experience with Garmin support and whether they might be able to provide assistance in resolving this issue?
