My MK2S shut down and I can't turn it back on.

My MK2S shut down and I can't turn it back on. The battery was around 80% when thus happened. I have tried holding down the down button l, the light button and the start/stop button for 15 seconds. The words descent came up then it went black again. I tried plugging it back in but nothing. Any ideas?

    I am sorry there is an issue.

    Please try the following steps:

    - With your watch unplugged, hold down the top left power button for 30-40 seconds.

    If your watch did not turn on, charge your watch. Give 15-20 seconds to see if your watch responds. If no response, proceed to the next step.

    - With your watch plugged into the charge, hold down the top left button again for 30-40 seconds.
