Descent mk2S button felt

I had an what it seams well known problem with this watch. The top right botton is missing. Watch is under warranty.

I went to the UAE's retailer and I was told that since it was purchased on Amazon they couldnt do anything. That I should contact garmin support email. So... that is what I did in 15/12/22. Then I had a couple of emails saying that they were contacting the international team to fix my problem and after they went silent.

Its been 22 days now. And no feedback, no problem fixed. 

I'm feeling pretty frustated for such lack of support on a such expensive product. And beside that, is my dive computer. Shouldnt have this kind of issues on a life support piece of equipment.

I've been waiting to get back on water and it seams forever to fix this. 

Anyone knows other route? Garmin guys...can you have a look on this?
