My wifes garmin Mk2i watch is running software version 12.30, she has garmin connect IQ, garmin connect & Garmin Dive installed on her iphone7. The watch is paired with the phone, I can open any of the apps and they all see the watch and will perform a sync with it. Auto update is enabled in all the apps and on the watch. but no matter what I try, none of the apps seem to see or recognize the latest garmin updates (My Mk2i is running version 14.10). I have uninstalled garmin connect and connectIQ from the phone, restarted the phone and reinstalled them. They all start up but still fail to see the latest updates!! The location in my wifes connect account shows "united states" so she should see the version 14.10 update. I have powered down the watch and powered it back up a few times, but still no notification about any updates!! Any ideas what I am doing wrong? My watch and the apps all inform me of the update (as they are supposed to), but my wifes is not behaving as I would expect. How can I manually force an update?
Would welcome any suggestion or ideas.
