See the option In-Dive » Gesture in the DESCENT MK2/MK2S OWNER'S MANUAL - Changing the Backlight Settings
Nope, what your solution does is not having the backlight turn on when rotating your wrist and on my MK2i the In-Dive mode does not have the Gestures option, it won't prevent the screens from changing... Thanks for trying to help though, it's appreciated
Ah OK, then perhaps you did not mean the Gesture feature, but rather the Auto-Scroll option that you find in the settings of most activities. Check out whether it is enabled. I do not own the MK2, so cannot test it for the diving activity, but it is available for most other activities.
I don't understand the question. Gestures don't cause it to scroll through dive data screens.
They sure do, go in Dive mode and flick your wrist you'll see the data screens changing
Dive App doesn't have the auto-scroll option...
Huh. Never noticed that before but you're right, although I have to shake my wrist pretty hard to make it scroll. It no longer happens if you set "Double Tap to Scroll" to Off, although that shouldn't be necessary. Seems like a bug? Is the device detecting screen taps through the accelerometer?
