I was very happy and content with the T1 transmitter linked to Descent MK2i, until recently it started to disconnect during the dive followed by failed to update software.
The steps I took, to put a new battery, remove and add teh T1 to dive computer, none of which resolved the softeare update faialure.
Contacted Garmin, the initial chat with the after sale team in the UK was encouraging, however, soon after absoutely no reply neither from the UK team nor the head office on a solution. I find this most inappropriate and poor after sale, within warranty.
Questions
1. Any one encountered software update failure? If so, what steps resolved it if any
2. Any one have similar poor experience with Garmin after sale service, is there a way to speedn up the process? Or do we just give up
