Transmitter T1 issue with connecting to Descent watch Mk2i

Hello
I am having an issue connecting my new Transmitter T1 with the Descent watch Mk2i.
The transmitter doesn't want to wake up with the tank pressure opening, and my watch cannot find the transmitter then.
The battery is good, so I wonder if something is wrong with the transmitter or if I have to do some different set-up steps?
Please let me know. Thank you.

Take out the battery for 5 min, than retry connecting it to your watch. you should hear a beeping sound when the T1 boots up. Did you check the battery with a voltage meter?

I check the battery with a voltage meter, showing 3,2V. Then I place the battery and close the lid. Finally, get the beeping sound and connect to the watch. The T1 worked for the two dives that I did the same day, but unfortunately, I could not connect the T1 the following days. Does it look like there is a battery connection issue possible?

I saw the same issue a few weeks ago.
The battery voltage was good too.
When he changed the battery, the transmitter works fine again.
