How to change starting number of dives for Garmin Dive app? after it was set when App was first installed.

I accidentally input a slightly wrong number of dives I had when I started the Garmin dive app up. Now the number is slightly off when the app detects the new dive. Does anyone know how to change that starting value? I was able to change the dive time but not the dive itself.

Just edit the dive number of the last dive and the next dive will be one more than that.

Note that you can also update the dive number of all those that currently have the wrong number.

Sorry that is not true. It will not N+1 if you delete a dive. Year four waiting for fix

I just got the MK2i and having this annoying issue as well...how can I change the starting value???!!!

Ah, I understand the frustration. Unfortunately, once you've set the starting number of dives in the Garmin Dive app, it's not directly editable. You might want to consider reaching out to repair door or Garmin's support for assistance with adjusting this value.
