T1 is connected, functions, but cannot be updated

Hello,

I've been using my descent Mk2i with the T1 transmitter for the past months with nothing but happy interactions.

I have just found the existence of a 2.6 update for the transmitter that I tried to apply before today's dives. I can connect to the transmitter from my watch, but the update fails after couple seconds. It does link with no issues underwater, and I'm confident I can type the last 2 digits of the transmitter ID.

Any advice?

I experienced the same problem.

What worked for me was.

Turn off your watch, remove battery from T1, turn your watch on, go to menu Dive settings> airintegration > Transmitters, then place battery in T1…

I ran into the same issue yesterday and wondering "how close" do I have to be between the watch and transmitter.

I have tried to keep the watch in contact of the emitter, but never managed to have the update starting. No answers from the support, I'm puzzled.

I can get the update started and the transmitter would restart after the transfer. But after restarting the transmitter is still on 2.50. Tried multiple times.

I experienced the same problem.

What worked for me was.

Turn off your watch, remove battery from T1, turn your watch on, go to menu Dive settings> airintegration > Transmitters, then place battery in T1, it will start up and I could update.
