Smart Notifications

Wondering if anyone else is having issues receiving Smart Notifications on their MK2i. If the "all" toggle is set to on in the Garmin Connect app they work, but if I turn off even one app they will stop to work after but 30-60 minutes. Very weird. Coming from a Fenix 3 where all worked great. Thanks for any help!!!

I was having the same problem for about the last month, I tried removing it from the connect app, I uninstalled the connect app off my phone, forgot the bluetooth connection with my phone and nothing worked. It would be sporadic at best. Just a few days ago it started working again but not sure why.

Solved on Samsung S10:

Access phone’s Settings
Touch Applications
Touch the three-dot icon in the top right
Touch Special Access
Touch Optimize Battery Usage

And then select the connect app

Thanks for ideas, I have tried to turn off the battery optimization, but still have the same issue. Very glad it worked for you!!. Worked fine on my Fenix 3 and still does if I turn it back on. Really weird.
