updated - band adapter

Does anyone have experience with any of these? I would like to reduce from the 26mm to 24 or 22 (as there are way more and way nicer straps available), on Aliexpress I found lots of options but nowhere else really.

I would love quick release but that is not the key, the key is quality and strength, but my first question is has anyone tried one?

The quick fit closures of these 3 party straps are often not as good quality as the more expensive original Garmin straps. I would be careful with such an expensive watch.

There was one poster on previous forum maybe amazon who lost the watch because quick release strap failed, noone else mentioned it but at these prices id be tempted to just put proper pins in personally

I agree... I had a 3rd Party Quick-Fit watch band which Unexpectedly got loose from the stud... & I almost lost my expensive watch...

I guess my question remains has anyone tried one and where did you get it? I know the quality is an issue but until I can even figure out if it worked I am sort of at a loss, if Garmin sold anything close to dressy I would just buy it from them but sadly even the vented titanium which in my mind is the closest is no match for a real nice band.

I have heaps of "chinese" knock off straps. These unes (below from amazon) are very good in that the buckle has screws and not a spring bar.

Search Amazon "Notocity" is the company that makes them

they come in 22 mm and 26mm. Plenty available on alibaba but they have spring bars on the buckle.

I have bought these as well

and have yet to have a problem. Seems pretty good to me.
