will the MK1 charger work with the MK2

Has anyone tried to use the MK1 charger with the MK2?

I have a couple extra MK1 chargers and wondering if I will need to buy additional chargers when I get the MK2.

That would be great... I really hope it does... I'm waiting for my MK2I to see if it does before ordering an extra charger.

I'm sorry to report that it does not... in the MK2 there are no grooves for the MK1 cradle to hook on... & the MK2 is wider...

Although; the MK2 charger works with the MK1 perfectly... does this mean that the new cradle will be Interchangeable between Garmin watches??
