Try restarting both the watch as well as the phone. If no change, try to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support. If it does not help post again with some more details. You can also call the Product Support (find your regional phone number on their website at https://support.garmin.com). They will walk you through the necessary steps, if needed.
