Sleep mode

Every time I hit the start/stop button and then press the back button the watch enters into sleep mode. I just bought it this week and I’m on the latest software 11.21. I saw in one other forum for the Enduro, someone had the same issue and they were advised to update the software. Not sure if that would help in my case. Help! Thanks!

UPDATE: I found the issue I’m embarrassed to say my sleep mode settings were from 12:00pm-8:00am. woops

It's possible you have a hot key setup. Go to System > Hot Keys to check.

There is a control to activate sleep mode, but it says that sleep tracking will not be affected.

Hence, how can I manually enable sleep mode? I don't want to rely on a schedule because I don't get to bed at the same time every day.

Sleep mode is not the start of sleep monitoring, but only the ability to set the behavior of the watch in terms of things like display lighting, battery saving mode, etc.
