There are two angles to approach your issue.
- Soft reset your watch by holding down your top left button until it shuts off then let go of the button.
If the issue continues, remove your watch from your Connect Mobile APP and from your phone's Settings > Bluetooth menu. Download the Connect APP again then Bluetooth pair your watch directly through the Connect APP again and setup your Audio Alerts.
