According to this: https://support.garmin.com/en-GB/?faq=i3oQUMQucx46gBclVkvoH8 this feature is not included in the G1 (nor Instinct). It is a pretty useful estimate for hydration, with all the information required to compute it available, there is no reason not to have it. Hope you can take this request into account and have it added.
