I am not sure who is answering Garmin help line number, but they are definitely in need for additional training.
- We need the ECG to be activated on the watch. It is the exact same hardware as the Venu 2 Plus
- the automatic brightness still not working
- the button vibration doesn't work ( although an option in the menu)
- Voice assistant doesn't work
- barely gets GPS lock
These watches used to be a lot better. I blame it on Garmin spitting a 1000 models per second and it's hard to get them all supported.
