Garmin Pilot (Android) Weight & Balance Issue

I have a C172 set up in Pilot and have increased the Max Takeoff Weight to 2500 lbs (it has a Penn Yan conversion) but when I create a Load Sheet it is clearly still using 2300 as the Max. It tells me I am overweight whenever I go over 2300 lbs. Anyone else seeing this and more importantly any suggestions.

Where did you set up the aircraft profile -- in the Pilot app or on the Garmin Fly website? I would try using the other one, changing the weight to something else, say 2450 and then syncing. Then change it to 2500 and sync again.

I found the problem. It is not sufficient to just adjust the takeoff weights for the aircraft. The points of the envelope have to be changed to 2500 as well, which of course makes sense.
