No METAR data

Why is is so unreliable to get METAR data to the D2 Delta? Usually it helps to restart the watch and the app, but now its been a couple of days since i managed to get it to load METAR. Actually, im regretting to get this watch, nothing but bugs so it will not do anything at all for flying, that for sure.

Even dbrobert's METAR/TAF widget doesn't fetch data for me ATM. Weather and other widgets update fine. Might be a problem with the servers at Garmin, not your watch.

It might be an issue with a specific airport or country? I'm seeing data for Canada right now. Where are you having issues, Former Member?

EDDT, EDDB, ETSH, EDDC ... the grey thingy just spins and spins.

Seems to work better now. I get data for all but EDDC.

I have a new D2 Bravo and have the same problem. The watch is connected via Bluetooth. I have set and reset it. Changed identifiers. Nothing other than "No METAR Data"

I had a similar problem with my D2 Bravo a few year ago, and I think it was related to issues with the connection between the watch and the mobile device via GCM. Do you also have issues with other apps that require a data connection, like the built-in weather app? And try my METAR/TAF widget too. If you are having issues with all of the above it's like a GCM issue.
