Delete tail number and show "D2 Delta" logo instead?

How can I achieve the display of the "D2 Delta" logo instead of the tail number - like it's shown in the manual?

When deleting the tail number, I can't save it. And I also didn't find a toggle to switch to the logo display. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1434995.jpg

The D2 Delta logo is only displayed when an aircraft registration (tail number in the USA) hasn't been entered. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to remove a registration once entered (other than a factory reset), which has been an issue since the D2 Charlie (and maybe even the D2 Bravo). I just noticed that somehow this was dropped from my issue list so I've re-added it to both the D2C and D2D lists and will follow up on the previously submitted bug report.

Nope. I have a D2 Delta and have not entered a aircraft registration for this very reason. If I go to the "Tail Number" customization option for the default watch face there is nothing there (other than the box cursor) and the checkmark is disabled. The only way to get out of that screen is to use the back button.

For reference, my D2C which suffers from the same issue has a registration entered and there is no way to remove it either.
