D2 Charlie versus 5 PLUS

Hello!

I got currently a Fenix 5 Sapphire and i am looking for a new watch...

For my new watch, i would like to have detailled maps and its why I am hesitating between the Fenix 5 PLUS and the D2 Charlie...

I understand that the D2 Charlie has specific aviation features and all the same sport features from the Fenix 5.
As a pilot and a trail runner, the D2 Charlie seems to be the best choice but the new PLUS serie makes me uncertain...

My questions :
- now that the fenix 5 plus series has been released, do you think a firmware update with galileo support and music will be available for the D2 Charlie ?
- have you heard about a potential new version of the D2? D2 Charlie PLUS and D2 Delta ? :-)

    Galileo technically possible, but personally I find it unlikely.
    Music not possible due to technical limitations.

    - have you heard about a potential new version of the D2? D2 Charlie PLUS and D2 Delta ? :-)

    I wrote this before noticing that the F5 gets now retrofitted with Galileo. In that case, the D2 Charlie will possibly get Galileo support as well.
