D2 Charlie firmware on Tactix Charlie?

Hi all. Please pardon my query, but would it be possible to flash the D2 Charlie firmware on a new Tactix Charlie? I am not very fond of the silver bezel and the green markers. The all black stealthy Tactix looks better, in my opinion.
