Garmin Instinct - EPO No Update Through Garmin Connect

Can I know the status of EPO Garmin Instinct why not update ?

Typically it happens when you press the GPS button while still being in the reach of your home WiFi, and then move further away, and the phone loses the connection with the WiFi, and does not activate the mobile data yet. The EPO download then fails. Another possibility is that the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the phone drops for some reasons (i.e. due to battery saving options on the phone, and similar)

The watch is staying same places with same mobile data and no press the GPS button.

For the  Bluetooth connection problem I think is strong enough between phone and Bluetooth.

If you do not press the GPS button, the EPO won't update. Unlike with Garmin Express, that updates the EPO file on each connection, Garmin Connect only updates the file when really needed (starting an GPS activity).
