Is there a way to use the Instinct to determine heart rate variability?

I can see detailed info about my heart rate but I am having trouble finding out how to use this to determine HRV.

Check out the Stress graph. High Stress = Low HRV and vice versa.

I also have an Apollo Neuro device which is designed to improve HRV. It seems to work. At least I have seen improvement in time of deep sleep which had been poor. This has improved my overall stress level…

You better get Instinct 2 instead. Garmin has them on sale now, and the Standard Edition costs just $199. You will get not only the HRV value, but also countless of other metrics and features not available on Instinct (VO₂max, Training Status, Training Load, Training Effect, LTHR, Connect IQ app, etc, etc.)
