Instinct beta 12.10 Did not fix lap swimming crash

I have been sending in updates after workouts to the Beta team.  The issue is not yet fixed, it is only different as I have described to the Beta team.  Reading about the other problems with 12.10 makes we wonder I I can go back several firmware updates.   This watch worked great for 9 months and starting sometime in late September or early October has had issue after issue.  

I have been calling into Garmin since October about this.  I was told today that there is still no answer to when this issue can be resolved.  I was hoping to have a working watch by the start of the new year.  I would love to talk to the people working on the problem, but I only have talked to customer service.  I have some time off from work, I would be willing to fly out and help test some watches if needed.  Anything I can do to help I would be willing.  I swam 4300 for my 43 birthday last week and had to count 86 laps- super fun!!!!  I start the year off with 100 100’s so if we can’t get this fixed by first week of January then I am going to have to count 200 laps and have no record of how fast I did it, or any actual proof.

Then write to the developer team ([email protected]) directly, as suggested above. Customer Support cannot handle any issues with beta versions, anyway.

the update 12.10 did not fix this issue.  It is 'better' in that it doesn't happen every time, but it still happens with regularity.   Tiresome as it the Instinct used to work flawlessly until about late September.   Now it continues to crash, only not every single time.
