Battery status bar

Hello

My battery status bar not changes ,always is full

I restart watch to factory def.but nothing changes .

Watch working normal on ver.11.00 .

What does the test mode show about the battery?

(Hold the ABC button during switching on).

Maybe the battery measuring is simply defective in your watch.

I am having the same problem but my watch is brand new. I just got it October 25th, 2020. I've only charged my watch twice in that time since it always reported full battery. I will try some of the things in this thread this weekend.

My battery indicator is working now. \o/ Not sure if it updated or if a shutdown rebooted the software since the first charge.

For future problem solvers. Battery indicator stopped working again on the next charge. Watch also started to hang up about once a week when the heart rate monitor would never turn off. I am returning the watch.

Had the same issue on software version 16.50 after recharging in my car. After I put the watch in test mode to see what the actual percentage of the battery is (Held down ABC button while starting up the watch) and after looking at all the different test screens I turned the watch back off and on and now my battery level indicator is working again. I never had to do a factory reset or any kind of reset beyond this. Hope it stays this way as it is an awesome watch!

Going into test mode shows my actual percentage and after cycling through the various screens and turning the watch off and on again my battery level is now showing acturate displays. Before mine was stuck on always full. Thanks!
