Instinct screen frozen

My two year old Instinct watch screen froze on 4 am and now won't connect to Garmen Express or my Android phone. I have tried restarting everything, is this watch now a paper weight?

Just note that it will delete your settings and customizations, so unless you have a backup of the storage, you'll have to redo the watch configuration, and also will need to remove it from Garmin Connect…

Try the Master Reset. (the Secondary Master Reset is more likely to work)
