My two year old Instinct watch screen froze on 4 am and now won't connect to Garmen Express or my Android phone. I have tried restarting everything, is this watch now a paper weight?
Try the Master Reset. (the Secondary Master Reset is more likely to work)
Just note that it will delete your settings and customizations, so unless you have a backup of the storage, you'll have to redo the watch configuration, and also will need to remove it from Garmin Connect and add it again, after the Master Reset
