Google Assistant reminders not popping-up on the watch

The way I understand, the reminders dictated to Google Assistant are sent via Google Calendar app.

I did enable notifications from Google Calendar in Garmin Connect, and the appointments are popping up just fine.

So for example, if I dictate "OK Google, make an appointment to hang the washing in one hour" works fine. It pops on both the phone and the watch.

However, if I say "OK Google, remind me to hang the washing in one hour", it pops on the phone fine, but nothing on the watch.

I'd rather use the reminders, as they are more intuitive and easier to set - does anyone know how to fix?

Your watch is actually very passive in what gets pushed to it. The only control your watch has when it comes to smart notifications is within your Phone > Smart Notifications menu of your Instinct.

If Android is suddenly having an issue properly pushing an APP smart notification but the other smart notifications continue to be pushed fine to your watch, what has changed is your Android phone's behavior. Often basics will resolve the issue such as restarting your Android/iPhone.
