I keep pairing my Instinct and iPhone very often to sync and update the alarms and statistics? This happens ever since I updated my iPhone to a latest version.
I keep getting exclamation mark on top right corner, and I keep getting error message “Sync Failed.”
I can't see BT turned on
Bluetooth is already turned on.
Garmin has noted potential problems with the upgrade to iOS 13.xx. Here is the page from their website with suggestions: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=oMQAW20SpY06UD0itn27o7
Mine wouldn't pair with my i11pro until I upgraded the software on the watch through Garmin Express. It paired right away after I did that.
Same here. Instinct tactical updated to 7.0 and iOS 13.4.1. Every morning I have to turn on the Bluetooth for the Garmin on the iPhone. I’ve followed the instructions about Notifications and they are all okay. Any more ideas?
I have the same problem. Fix is to exit Connect then toggle bluetooth off and on. Seems to work then
Hi 4312091,
Would you mind to be a bit more step-by-step? What you mean by “exit Connect”? Toggle Bluetooth on phone or watch? Thanks for the tip and for your attention.
Close the connect app on phone. Turn Bluetooth on & off on your phone. Open connect app. Hope it works for you.
Hi 4312091,
Thanx a lot for the tip. Well, by the way, some 3 days ago I closed the connect app on my phone and turned on Bluetooth because, as I said, it was waking off every morning. Now, the Bluetooth is working for 2 days on, and, although I did not turn back on the connect app, everything is working fine. I am receiving e-mails, messages, etc on the watch. Regards and take care.
