Huh! Is there a difference between this 3.20 Beta and the 3.20 released through Connect? First time I see a Beta + production being released at the same time, with the same version number.

Apologies for the wording of the post. Our goal here is to push 3.20 to everyone, but at a slower pace. Given that we have a strong group of people who like to jump in and update quickly, we thought we'd go ahead and also post 3.20 public release in the normal 'beta' slot. This 3.20 build is equal to the 3.20 build everyone will be getting over the coming days. We'll continue to roll it out to more and more people, but if you didn't want to wait for that roll out to get the update, then this is your avenue to update right away.

Awesome! Hey, I don't care what your versioning looks like, or even dealing w/[VERY MINOR] confusion like in this case, as long as your team continues to provide such excellent support and update rhythm, and giving us nerds the option to update on demand. Thanks!

Hello Odsweng and thank you for the continuous updates and support for our Instincts. Personally, I really love this watch.

There is a long "Instinct suggestion list" discussion in this forum which includes some small improvements and suggestions. It would be lovely if Garmin could implement some of them via future software updates.



PS: there is also a problem in the Italian Instinct manual. Sometime, there are parts in Danish language. For example, at the beginning of page 2 (link: http://static.garmin.com/pumac/Instinct_OM_IT.pdf ):

I guess this is an important safety information, but for an Italian speaker this is uncomprensible. I'm referring to the latest user manual (January 2019).

Although the other (closed to comments) thread says firmware 3.20 is rolled out 100%, it is still not available in Japan:

(Also they seem to spell Instinct incorrectly, which doesn't help search)

Still not available here. Stuck with 2.90 and the GPS distance issue :(
