Hi,
When I updated to 3.20 I noticed that I will have steps when I have slept and laying in my bed without have taken any steps. 66 steps was somehow recorded today and yesterday about 20 steps.
????
Considering that steps are based on vibrations from the watch, a slightly restless period in the middle of the night can cause this. The flip side is if you are pushing a shopping cart with your watch arm, you'll lose steps. Considering that you typically count 1,000's of steps per day, that's not really a major distortion.
Also, since Garmin doesn't start registering steps until you've taken 10 in a row, there are times when it drops steps because you walke 9 or less and Garmin discarded them.
It's the nature of the beast of a counter on your wrist.
