My instinct solar doesn&rsquo;t show solar exposure and is not charging when in direct solar rays

 I am sorry to hear you are having this concern. For this, I would initially try some troubleshooting. 
 
 If you are using any screen protector, please remove this, and ensure the display is clean. 
 Place the watch in Battery Save mode. Take the watch outdoors in direct bright sunlight for a couple hours. Check for any solar charging in the Solar widget. 
 If there is no Solar charging, I would next recommend a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again, and test the Solar charging.
