Instinct Solar stopped vibrating completely after 19.01 update

Hello,

my Instinct Solar stopped vibrating on keypress, alarm and notifications after upgrade to 19.01. What can I do about it? Is there possibility to downgrade or fix?

Still working here on 19.01. Try a factory reset?

If you really want to go back, every beta release also has a fallback version included in the zip archive.

The most recent one is here, that also has the previous version inside the archive.

Forgot to say, keypress vibration is also not working.

Factory reset will reset watch to defaults but same software version. If you wish to try a different software version you’d need to install that by transferring a firmware file to your watch using a pc or Mac. I have the 16.5 software handy if you’d like to try that

hello, can you email me firmware 16.5?

I'm on 19.01 and my instinct kept restarting when i would record an activity. Some suggest 16.5 is the most stable version.

Hey, also interested in the 16.5 version. Maybe it’ll stop the auto shutdown issue when starting completing an activity
