Hi There,
I have a standard Instinct and I am considering to change it with the new Solar version.
With the standard Instinct, I and other users, had a lot of problems with the Turn-by-Turn navigation. So much problems that, at the end, I've downgraded the firmware many times and now I'm stuck at a super-old firmware version that allow me to use the Turn-by-Turn navigation with no issues (if you are interested, this is the dedicated topic: forums.garmin.com/.../turn-by-turn-navigation )
My question, for the Solar version users, is: does the Solar version have the Turn-by-Turn navigation function (working properly)?
I have watched all the reviews online but none show the navigation function in detail, but the idea I got from the screenshots I saw is that the Solar version does not have the TBT navigation function, exactly the same issue that occurred when came out the 6.x firmware version of the standard Instinct.
Maybe it is just my impression. Someone can kindly confirm?
Thank you very much.
