i have tried several times - in three different browsers
i keep getting this error message, so i can not activate my new device
the message is : the user object contains invalid values
this is very annoying...
I would call support, but they are closed.
is there anything i can do?
We're sorry to hear you are experiencing an error on the Info page/Step 2 when attempting to activate your inReach device. Our engineering team is currently working to resolve this issue.
As a workaround…
The problem for me seemed to be that I was using autofill to fill in the required info. Hand type in all of the required info instead, that worked for me.

I created a new sign in with a different email (used a private browser because i didnt clear cache) and it worked. Went through all of the steps and now just waiting forever for the inreach .ini2 to
end activation under these really clear skies hopefully this stage works and email can be changed back to my primary. ( it did have an option to use my primary email for receiving billing info)
