Strange points at map (can not be deleted , even after sync)

As far as I know. But I do not have an active legacy device and cannot test it. If your testing shows that it works, you're good to go. Do be careful to retest after any f/w update. 

Also, I believe for these devices (mission critical) manual should explain very detailed and explicit all aspects related to what / when / how sends as location point/update to the different endpoints (SMS, email, MapShare etc etc).

Indeep you were right .

I ´ve navigated on and off to a couple of waypoints and now I see more Blue dots.

It seems a issue with Explorer website .

I don´t know how to get rid of them but, I am sure what they are not in my Mini´s memory . 
So meanwhile they do not take place on my unit memory ,I don´t mind.
Garmin has more important things to fix like the SMS problem.

Yes , indeed , tomorrow I will try to make new waiponts and start navigation and stop it , to see if they are added or not .

Also will try to edit names to see if I can or not.

If not, will try to create them via Mapshare and ready .that´s not charges you at all .

I have some stray blue dots on a recent track that I recorderded.  It is impossible for me to have been in the locations as they are way off my hiking track and down a steep drop-off. Sounds like there is no current fix?

Hello, as Bodya said I noticed that blue dots appeared when waypoints or routes are on navigation and then you stop it and continues . I never noticed a blue dot very far of my current location or far away from a location that I passed for.

But I also must say that (due to covid quarantine) I can only test in my neighborhood , wich is not a challenging environment to signal.

I will try to do more test to see if any other results comes from.Martin
