How do I recover a discarded activity

I discarded an activity but it still shows in records under history so is it possible to add back to my activities or is this lost?

If it's still in history, you should be able to do a manual upload to Garmin Connect. If it's deleted, then see this thread and answer - Retrieving Activity discarded or deleted
