HR tracking during activity has become very unreliable.. Placed a support call with Garmin and have received no response.

Hi all.

I have a Fenix 5 Plus an its been solid for the first 10 months but as it approaches its end of warranty  I've started noticing that the optical heart rate sensor is becoming more and more erratic.The HR feedback is basically rubbish and. Has anyone had any luck with having this issue addressed by Garmin or is it an "accepted" feature based on other forum posts?
